At RezTracker™, we understand that your time is extremely valuable. Your property's success is our No. 1 priority. This support program ensures every property partner is taken care of promptly by highly-trained RezTracker™ support technicians. We have three tiers of support options:

Standard
Customer support is provided free for up to 4 hours per month between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Free technical support for critical system issues is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Silver
In addition to the standard customer support, a silver partner also receives up to 4 extra hours per month with extended hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Cost is $1000 per year.

Platinum
In addition to the standard customer support, a platinum partner also receives up to 10 extra hours per month with extended hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Cost is $2000 per year.
